Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration noted that Russian troops shelled populated areas in the Volnovakha, Donetsk, Horlivka and Lysychansk directions in the Donetsk region (east of Ukraine) on January 29, 2023. In just one day, one civilian resident of the Donetsk region was killed, and another was injured.

Vuhledar, Novoukrainka and Prechystivka were under Russian shelling in the Volnovakha direction. No one was injured.
In the Donetsk direction, Kurakhove was shelled 5 times — 5 private houses were damaged. In addition, shelling was recorded in Avdiivka and Marinka communities — without casualties.
“In the Horlivka direction, 1 person was injured in Chasovyy Yar — Russians targeted near a kindergarten and on the territory of the enterprise. Russian soldiers also shelled the industrial zone in Kostiantynivka in the morning the day before. In the Soledar community, 2 houses in Vasyukivka and several houses in Paraskoviivka were damaged — no information was received about the victims,” explained the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
According to Pavlo Kyrylenko, in the Lysychansk direction, 2 missile “arrivals” were recorded in the Torske of the Lymansk community, the outskirts of the Siversk and Zvanivsk communities were under Russian fire, without casualties.
