“The Russian army continues to fire at the Right Bank, and liberated territories, in particular, violating the norms of international humanitarian law. Russian troops powerfully and consistently shelled medical institutions. The cancer dispensary was shelled again, both last night and tonight. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but there are victims among the civilians of residential areas, where the shelling is also quite powerful,” explained Natalia Humeniuk.
According to the head of the joint press center of the Operational Command Pivden, these are shellings, which are aimed at residential quarters, social infrastructure and critical infrastructure of Ukraine. The main goal is the terror of residents to convince them that they lived better in “Russian peace”.
In addition, the Kherson Regional Military Administration said the two employees of the Kherson Regional Rescue Service were wounded due to the Russian shelling on February 25, 2023.
