The Russian Defense Ministry has prepared documents for the claim in connection with the termination of the agreement on construction the regional interspecific polygon Moulineaux by the German company Rheinmetall in Nizhny Novgorod.
This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov.
“Of course, it’s all regulated by the contract, of course, we will protect our interests. Now, I do not know the details of the contract, the instructions have been already given,” – the RIA Novosti quoted the official.
According to the Deputy Minister, the contract provides that, if there is a disruption of supply, Russia has the right to seek all the penalties.
Earlier it was reported that Germany ceased a contract with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the polygon construction.
The German company Rheinmetall delivered different training equipment for organization of combat preparation.
