The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration noted that Russian military shelled the urban-type settlement of Dvorichna in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) on April 12, 2023. Two civilians were injured.

“The Russian army continues to terrorize the civilian population of the front-line territories of Kharkiv region. Today, Russian soldiers shelled the urban-type settlement of Dvorichna in the Kupyansk district. According to preliminary information, a 40-year-old civilian man and a 30-year-old woman were injured. Both are in serious condition. Doctors are now fighting for their lives,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Earlier, Oleh Synyehubov said that as a result of shelling in the city of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, at least 4 residential buildings and a road surface were damaged.
“As a result of the fall of a Russian UAV in the Izyum district, a fire broke out on an area of 10 hectares in a field. A 62-year-old woman was injured in Kindrasivka, Kupyansk district as a result of the shelling of the village,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
