The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov noted that the Russian army bombarded Kharkiv and the region with S-300 missiles in the evening on April 22, 2023, at least 5 missile “arrivals” were recorded.

“Unfortunately, one of Russian missiles hit the private sector in the village of Kotliary of the Kharkiv region. Rescuers and emergency medical services are on the scene. A civilian infrastructure object was hit in Kharkiv, rescuers are putting out a large-scale fire,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Later, Oleh Synyehubov added that greenhouses and workshops were damaged in Kharkiv as a result of the Russian misisle attack.
“One of the rockets hit the ground in Kharkiv. Another missile probably exploded in the air over the territory of the vegetable factory. Greenhouses and workshops were damaged. 2 private houses were destroyed, 10 houses, 1 garage and 4 cars were damaged as a result of a rocket attack on the village of Kotliary, Kharkiv region. There were fires. There were no casualties,” said Oleh Synyehubov.
