The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov noted on January 29, 2023, that as a result of Russian shelling residential buildings and an enterprise were damaged, as well as one person was injured in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) on January 28, 2023.

“The terror of the civilian population of the Kharkiv region by Russian troops continues. Last day, Russian soldiers shelled Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Strilecha, Kozacha Lopan and other settlements of Kupyansk, Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv and Chuhuiv districts,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, as a result of the shelling of the villages of Chervona Zorya and Odnorobivka of the Bohodukhiv district, private residential buildings were destroyed. There were no casualties or damage.
“In Kupyansk, residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. And in Vovchansk, as a result of Russian shelling, several private houses, cars, and the building of one of the enterprises were damaged. An 83-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized in a moderate condition,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
