The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov noted that the Russian army used multiple rocket launchers to attack the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) on April 30, 2023.

In particular, Kupyansk, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Chervona Zoria, Dvorichna, Lyman Pershyy and other towns and villages were under Russian fire.
“Today at 6:45 a.m. Russian troops shelled the center of Kupyansk with multiple-launch rocket systems. A private house and garages were damaged, there were fires. 4 cars were destroyed. Fortunately, there were no casualties,” explained the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Demining of liberated territories continues in the Kharkiv region.
“Over the past day, pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine inspected almost 11 hectares of territory and defused 123 explosive objects,” added Oleh Synyehubov.
In addition, a man was blown up on unknown explosive device in his yard on April 29, in the village of Virnopillya, Izyum district, Kharkiv region.
