The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine noted that in the morning on March 10, 2023, Russians shelled Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system and the Uragan multiple-launch rocket system. 8 civilians were injured.

“As a result of the attack, three men and four women received injuries of varying degrees of severity. A 53-year-old taxi driver was also injured by shrapnel,” informed the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
As a result of the Russian shelling, about 14 private houses, 9 cars, a gas pipe, garages, farm buildings and civil infrastructure objects were damaged or completely destroyed.
“According to preliminary data, the attacks were carried out from the S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex and the Uragan rocket launcher,” added the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war.
