Russia shelled Kherson 17 times during the day: 1 civilian was killed

The Head of the Kherson City Council, Galyna Luhova noted that Russian troops once again shelled the recently liberated city of Kherson (south of Ukraine) on November 24, 2022. As a result of the shelling in the morning, several apartment buildings and private buildings were damaged, as well as the kindergarten.

17 missile shellings were recorded in the city today, as a result of which one civilian was killed and one was injured.

“From November 20 to November 24, 2022, 62 Russian airstrikes were carried out in the city of Kherson. Eight civilians were killed, and four more were wounded. This morning, private and apartment buildings were damaged by shelling, and a fire broke out in a garage. In the afternoon, Russian troops shelled the city again, hitting a two-story apartment building, as well as a number of private houses,” said the Head of the Kherson City Council.

In addition, a 13-year-old child was killed and two others were injured as a result of Russian shelling in the Kherson region.
