“Tonight, Russian terrorists again attacked Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The equipment in the central regions of Ukraine is damaged. Energy companies are forced to introduce stricter restrictions in order to prevent a complete power outage in the central regions. The magnitude of the necessary electricity restriction in Kyiv, as well as in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Zhytomyr regions of Ukraine will be regulated depending on the current situation in the energy system,” said the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to Kyrylo Tymoshenko, the Office of the President of Ukraine, representatives of regional military administrations of the city of Kyiv, Ukrenergo, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, and “DTEK Energo” company continue to work together to resolve the issue.
