“As a result of a rocket attack on Kupyansk, previously from the S-300 air defense system, an administrative building and a health care facility were destroyed. Also in Kupyansk, an agricultural enterprise and a granary were damaged by Russian shelling. In the village in the outskirts of the Kupyansk district, the Russian army fired at private households. Unfortunately, a 73-year-old woman was killed,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to Oleg Sinegubov, Russian military also used artillery and mortars to shell the border settlements of the Kharkiv, Kupyansk and Chuhuiv districts of the region.
“Demining operations are ongoing in the Kharkiv region. Over the past day, the pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have neutralized 31 Russian explosive objects,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
