Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration reported that three civilians were killed and at least two were wounded as a result of a rocket attack by Russian troops on Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region (east of Ukraine) on January 28, 2023.

“Three civilians were killed and at least two were injured as a result of the Russian rocket attack on Kostiantynivka this morning. Russian soldiers fired at the residential quarter, damaged 4 high-rise buildings, a hotel, garages and civilian cars,” informed the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
Pavlo Kyrylenko added that rescue workers and law enforcement officers are working at the scene of the tragedy – helping people and carefully documenting yet another crime of Russian troops on Ukrainian land.
In addition, four civilians were killed in the Donetsk region on January 27, 2023.
