The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine noted on November 30, 2022, that 68,961 crimes related to the full-scale invasion of Russia were registered in Ukraine.

“In particular, 50,297 crimes of aggression and war crimes were registered. Of these, 48,507 were related to violations of the laws and customs of war, 73 were related to planning, preparation or launching and waging an aggressive war, 40 – propaganda of war, and 1,577 –others,” noted the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
In addition, law enforcement officers of Ukraine registered 18,764 crimes against national security, of which: 12,198 – related to encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, 1,893 – treason, 3,638 – collaborative activities, 326 – aiding the aggressor state, 64 – sabotage, 645 – others.
In addition, the European Commission proposed on November 30, 2022, to create a UN court to investigate the crimes of Russian aggression against Ukraine and to work out a legal mechanism for using blocked resources of Russia to pay compensation to Ukraine for the damage caused, as well as to direct these funds to the reconstruction of the country.
