Russia fired more than 50 missiles at Ukraine from the territory of Belarus on the night of June 25

Russian troops launched a massive missile strike on the territory of Ukraine. In total, more than fifty missiles of various types were fired: air, sea and ground-based on the night of June 25.

The enemy used for the first time long-range Tu-22M3 bombers against Ukraine from the territory of Belarus. And also resumed the use of operational and tactical complexes “Iskander” from this country.

“On the night of June 25, Russian troops fired more than 50 missiles at Ukraine. They were launched from ships and planes that flew into Belarus. The leaders of the Chernihiv, Zhytomyr and Lviv Oblast Administrations reported about the destruction. 20 missiles were fired on the Desna village in the Chernihiv region, 24 missiles on the outskirts of Zhytomyr, and six missiles in the Yavoriv military facility. Air defense forces shot down 12 of these missiles. It is currently known that one person was killed and five were injured.”

The Main Intelligence Agency of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine believes that the missile attack on Ukraine from the territory of Belarus was a large-scale provocation by Russia aimed at further involvement of Belarus in the war against Ukraine.
