Mariupol State Interior Ministry of Ukraine in Donetsk region reported that during the shelling of the village of Shyrokyne near Mariupol pro-Russian militiants killed a civilian citizen.
The press service of the Mariupol State Interior Ministry of Ukraine in Donetsk region says that the fatally wounded on March 26 at 22.55 after a mortar attack man was taken from the village Shyrokyne to the morgue in Mariupol by the Red Cross. The preliminary cause of death is shrapnel wound.
This fact will get a legal assessment after complex investigation.
The criminal proceedings are opened under Part 1 of Article 115 “Murder” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Sanction of Article provides for up to 15 years in prison.
