Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Oleh Medvedev as his freelance adviser.
A decree to that effect, dated July 25, has been posted on the website of the head of state.
As reported, in 2005, Medvedev worked as an adviser and spin doctor of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
