According to the data from the research of the personnel portal as of September 15, 2022, currently, only every fifth Ukrainian person works and receives a full salary.

“Over 40% of Ukrainians lost their jobs due to Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Currently, only one in five – 22.7% works and receives a full salary.”
At the same time, some of those who are currently working have received partial wages since the beginning of the war, but now the company has returned the pre-crisis amount of compensation. There are also cases of delayed wages.
19% of respondents lost their jobs due to the termination of the company’s activities. Almost 11% of Ukrainians were left without a job due to the fact that their positions were reduced. Every tenth person – 11.3% lost his job as a result of moving.
A very small share of Ukrainians – 1.4% was not afraid to resign on their own initiative because the companies did not pay them wages.
52.3% of respondents noted that they are already looking for a job. Another 16% of respondents plan to look for a new job soon.
It should be noted that 2,600 Ukrainians, employees of companies in various industries in all regions of Ukraine, took part in the survey.
