Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Olefirov has met with the head of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission for early parliamentary elections in Ukraine, Cayetana de Zulueta, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has reported.
“Ukraine wants to ensure fairness and transparency of the elections for the Verkhovna Rada. We hope that objective and impartial conclusions of the OSCE/ODIHR mission will assist us in this,” Olefirov said.
The Ukrainian side welcomed the start of the work of the OSCE/ODIHR observation mission in Ukraine and expressed readiness to provide comprehensive support for its work.
