OSCE international observers on Wednesday again failed to access the crash site of the Malaysian Boeing passenger plane in Donetsk region.
Two OSCE cars accompanied by militants were trying to find a safe road leading to the crash site, but they were stopped at a roadblock of terrorists, the BBC reported.
The observers saw signs of fighting in front of them, including smoke, and returned to their hotel in Donetsk.
