The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports that on January 3, 2017, the OSCE Chairman, Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs of Austria Sebastian Kurz arrived to Ukraine, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin in the Dnipro airport and went to Mariupol.

Ministers went to Donetsk Region. As it was reported earlier the head of the Austrian Foreign Ministry wants to exam personally the state of Minsk agreements’ fulfillment, the social and economic situation in the region caused by the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, as well as the implementation of charitable projects with the participation of Austrian humanitarian organizations.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports on its official website that ministers plan to discuss the deployment of armed OSCE police mission in Donbas.
