The Ukrainian heroic resistance to a russian military invasion continues for the 96th day.
The situation in the Volyn and Polissia areas is the same. The Armed Forces of the republic of belarus will continue their combat readiness training, making a threat on the Ukrainian border, until the 4th of June 2022.
The russian enemy continues artillery bombardment in the Siverskyi direction from the territory of russian federation. This includes the Ukrainian villages Boiaro-Lezhachi in the Sumy region, Yanzhulivka, and Kamenska Sloboda within the Chernihiv region.
The russian army continues to prepare the offensive in the Slobozhanskyi direction. It studies the possible ways of advancing and supplying military equipment with materials from the territory of russian federation. To reduce our offensive potential, it fires down positions of Ukrainian Defense Forces with barrel and jet artillery.
The russian troops didn’t take any active actions in the Kharkiv area. The main focus of the effort is to deter Ukrainian units from acting. They attacked civilian infrastructure in the settlements Odnorobivka and Udy, Ruski Tyshky, Cherkasy Tyshky, and Udy. In the Sloviansk direction the russain army continues regrouping troops to resume the offensive in Izyum-Barvinkove and Izyum-Sloviansk. Kurulka was the target of an attack by the russian enemy. They failed to execute their assault operations and retreated to the previously occupied positions.
It’s reported that in the Donetsk direction the russian enemy launched airstrikes in the populated areas of Novoselivka, Lysychansk, and missile strikes in Soledar, Siversk. It attempted to reconnoiter the paths of advance through water barriers. In the Sievierodonetsk area, the enemy conducts assault operations in the areas surrounding the settlements of Sievierodonetsk and Toshkivka. Hostilities continue.
In the Bakhmut area russia attacks the settlements of Komyshuvakha, Novoluhanske, Berestove. The enemy’s attempts to destroy Avdiyivka, Kurakhiv, Novopavliv and Zaporizhzhya areas failed. In the South Buh area, the situation didn’t change. russian soldiers shelled civilian buildings in Posad-Pokrovske, Osokorivka, Novovorontsovka, Blahodatne, Partyzanske and others.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces won the offensive and the russian army withdrew from Mykolayivka in Kherson region. This caused panic among servicemen from other units of the russian armed forces.
The enemy launched artillery at our troops in the Kryvyi Rih direction and fought a counter-battery battle. The northwestern Black Sea is occupied and blocked by the russian enemy.
One carrier of “Caliber”-type naval-based cruise missiles is available for use in the Black Sea.
The consolidated unit of armed forces of russia federation was located on the island of Snake. It marked the transition to the island of the landing vessel “Dugon” as well as two anti-sabotage vessels “Raptor”.
