“The Netherlands is sending two more missions of forensic experts to Ukraine,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

The Minister also called on the member states of the Rome Statute to contribute to efforts to investigate crimes in Ukraine.

“No one should get away with such crimes, and that is why we strongly support the creation of an international center for prosecuting the crime of aggression,” added Wopke Hoekstra.

According to Wopke Hoekstra, this center will be located in The Hague, and it will coordinate the collection of evidence.

“This center, which will be located in The Hague, will collect evidence that can be used for legal proceedings against the Russian leadership and others,” concluded the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

Earlier, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced the creation of the International Center for the Investigation of the Crime of Aggression in Ukraine in The Hague, which will work in coordination with representatives of Ukraine and the Netherlands, as well as with European partners.
