Ukrainian National Guard servicemen have destroyed three roadblocks of militants near Debaltseve, Donetsk region.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“Yesterday the forces of National Guard of Ukraine servicemen seized three roadblocks of militants near Debaltseve, thus the ATO forces narrowed the encirclement around a Pervomaisk-Stakhanov-Alchevsk group of terrorists,” Lysenko said.
He added that the fight for the liberation of Pervomaisk in Luhansk region was currently underway.
