The National Bank of Ukraine forecasts that GDP will grow by 1% next year.
NBU governor Valeria Hontareva told an informal meeting at the National Bank, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“As concerns real GDP growth next year, today all that is related to next year is taken from the International Monetary Fund outlook. When anyone says about half a percent (growth – Ed.) – this is an error, plus 0.5 or minus 0.5, we still do not use the IMF outlook,” Hontareva noted.
To remind, the Cabinet of Ministers’ forecast of Ukraine’s real GDP growth in 2015 is at the level of 1.7%, annual inflation at the level of 5.4%.
