“This shows great solidarity of German medical workers with the people of Ukraine. Because work there can be life-threatening.”
Doctors who want to help the people of Ukraine register on a special portal of the association. The organization is negotiating with the Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs of Germany, as well as with the embassies of Ukraine and neighboring countries on the need for the help of German doctors.
“As soon as the government announces that international humanitarian missions need doctors, we are ready to provide sufficient assistance,” said the Head of the German Medical Association.
