Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions and liberated settlements of the Beryslav region three times with attack aircraft and helicopters. In response, the missile and artillery units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine performed 156 fire missions.
“The confirmed losses of the Russian army: 27 soldiers, a tank, 2 mortars, an “Akatsiya” self-propelled gun, a 23-mm anti-aircraft gun and 5 units of armored personnel carriers,” emphasized Operational Command “South.”
In addition, 2 warehouses with Russian ammunition were destroyed in the Bashtan and Beryslav districts.
“At the same time, units of the Russian forces began preparations for the withdrawal of artillery weapons from the right-bank part of the Kherson region, with a subsequent possible transfer to other directions,” added the Operational Command “South”.
Operational Command “South” also noted that Russian troops created unlivable conditions for the civilian population, in particular, they cut off electricity and water, and access to the Internet in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.
