Head of the Center of Military and Political Studies “Information Resistance” Dmytro Tymchuk wrote on his Facebook page.
“In Luhansk region, militants of the “LPR” and the Russian Federation units are preparing for the recovery action and continued fighting. For the last 2-3 days, they spent a number of rearrangements and multiple groups with shock armor are concentrated in the northeastern area of ??the ATO and the north of Luhansk, earlier, several convoys of ammunition and fuel were delivered from Russia,” he said.
As the Center head noted, in the area of Luhansk, the Russian mobile radar station was deployed, band formations are being actively armed with antiaircraft means of defense.
