The Interior Ministry says over 50% of police officers in the liberated cities of Donbas betrayed the oath they took to Ukraine.
Deputy Interior Minister Serhiy Chebotar announced this.
“In the liberated cities more than 50% of people have betrayed the oath they took to our state. When we started to check, this number has increased. Today, 20-25% is ready to fulfill the oath. This is the situation in Slaviansk and other cities. Today, special units have been mobilized from the Interior Ministry and other areas that have left there and there is a complete check of police officers across the board, including their check on a lie detector,” the TSN quotes the Deputy Minister.
