Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko does not rule out that former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov may soon be served with charges of high treason and encroachment on Ukraine`s territorial integrity and inviolability, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
”I do not rule out that former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov will be served with charges soon. It will be accusations under same Articles 110 and 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine… We will serve him with charges and send an official notice to the last known places of residence, work or to his lawyers,” Lutsenko told journalists outside Kyiv`s Sviatoshynsky District Court, where former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was being questioned via video link on Monday, November 28.
