A critical situation is preserved in Luhansk – there is no electricity, water, mobile and fixed telephone communication.
The press service of the Luhansk city council informs.
“For the 11th day, electricity is not supplied to the city. Yesterday, switching off of gas supply took place on the territory of the regional center, but later it was resumed,” a statement reads.
As of August 13, the majority of shops are closed, as before, only the most necessary products are sold. Despite a critical state, bread is continued to be baked in Luhansk.
There is a problem with medicines, only several drug stores work.
