The aid will be channelled through the NGO [non-governmental organization – ed.] Blue/Yellow,” Lithuanian electricity transmission system operator Litgrid wrote on Twitter.

Russia has been carrying out attacks on the territory of Ukraine with the aim of damaging critical infrastructure facilities since October 10, 2022. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russian missile attacks damaged 40% of the energy system of Ukraine.
