“Already the first week of 2023 proves it. Wheeled tanks and armored vehicles from France, Bradley and Marder infantry fighting vehicles from the USA and Germany, an additional German “Patriot” battery, ammunition and much more. And wait for the announcement of the new American package,” explained the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Dmytro Kuleba added that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was conducting a diplomatic marathon this week, holding talks with three or four country leaders every day. In particular, some decisions on the transfer of weapons are made directly during the conversations of the presidents, and some will be made based on their results.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister noted that thanks to the hard work and heroism of Ukrainian troops, as well as the diplomatic team, Ukraine managed to convince its allies that “the time of taboo regarding weapons has passed.”
“We are entering a decisive phase. There can be only one goal: the victory of Ukraine. This is the only way to ensure a lasting and just peace and security in Europe,” concluded the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
