France will study the possibility of becoming a guarantor of security for Ukraine, if it receives such an offer.

He believes that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have not yet led to a breakthrough.
“The issues of guarantees must be resolved by Russia and Ukraine. We pay attention to the proposals of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. If they come to us, we will study them with positive attention”, explained Le Drian.
