The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgars Rinkevičs noted on November 28, 2022, on Twitter that the foreign ministers of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden arrived in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv to discuss further support for Ukraine.

According to Edgars Rinkevičs, this is the largest amount of ministers that visit Ukraine’s capital since Russia’s war against Ukraine.
“Ministers of foreign affairs of the Northern Baltic countries visit Kyiv and meet with the highest officials of Ukraine; this is the largest group of ministers who have visited Ukraine since the beginning of Russian aggression. The main question is how to further support Ukraine,” wrote the Foreign Minister of Latvia.
The heads of the governments of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania discussed in Kyiv the challenges associated with Russia’s destruction of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure on November 26, 2022. In addition, a delegation of the Belgian government was in Kyiv on November 26-27, 2022.
