The European Union will extend sanctions next week due to Russia`s threat to the territorial integrity of Ukraine, according to RFE/RL correspondent in Brussels Rikard Jozwiak.
”EU will next week extend sanctions on 150 people and 37 entities from Ukraine and Russia who have threatened the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” Jozwiak wrote on Twitter on March 7, 2017.
Earlier, EU ambassadors on March 2, 2017, decided to extend sanctions against fugitive ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and his allies for another 12 months.
