President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Dmytro Kuleba Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, according to the president`s website.
The corresponding decree was signed by the Head of State on April 9, the president`s press service reported.
As UaPosition reported earlier, Kuleba previously held the position of Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
