The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny during a new conversation with the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley on October 28, 2022 told about the key tasks that the Ukrainian military is currently focusing on. Among them are: counteroffensive, the cover of critical infrastructure facilities of Ukraine, and countermeasures against the capture of new territories by the Russian army.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi declares that the Russians are not successful on the battlefield, despite the absolute fire superiority and the increase in the number of troops.
“The Russian army is not successful despite absolute fire superiority, an increase in the number of troops and, accordingly, attacks at the expense, including mobilized ones. Thanks to the courage and professionalism of Ukrainian soldiers and officers, our lines remain unchanged, and the defense operation is successfully carried out according to the plan,” Valery Zaluzhny noted.
Ukraine’s General thanked his colleague, US President Joe Biden, and the American people for the help, thanks to which Ukraine continues its struggle.
