Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov said about the termination of the coalition European Choice in the parliament, which included 262 MPs at the beginning.
He said from the rostrum of the parliament.
“Today, July 24, at the plenary meeting, heads of factions of political parties UDAR and Svoboda said about the withdrawal of these factions from the coalition – 71 MPs, and submitted the relevant documents confirming the decisions of the MPs with their personal signatures.”
According to him, later, another 19 MPs have applied to withdraw from the coalition. “In this regard, I announce about the termination of the coalition European Choice in the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation,” Turchynov said.
