First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Yaroslav Krasnopolsky announced the news at the press conference held at Ukrinform news agency.
“The project should include a plan for manufactiring operation of the enterprise, measures to fulfill tasks and risk assessments. It should also contain measures to improve the technical, economic and financial indicators, enhance company’s competitiveness, revenue estimates in the budget. One of the highlights is also fight against corruption,” the official said.
Krasnopolskyy also described general procedure for selecting candidates. First of all, the committee comprising representatives from auditing, recruiting and consulting companies selects candidates within 20 days. Then they will make presentations of their enterprise development programs.
“Everybody can apply, except those who don’t have college degrees and experience in the relevant field, as well as those who have non-withdrawn or outstanding criminal record” Krasnopolsky said.
After selected candidates make presentations of their enterprise development projects, a winner will be determined. The final results will be announced at a public meeting of the committee.
We would like to remind that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine announced a competition for the managerial position at a state-run Ukrspyrt enterprise on January 28.
