The anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces are preparing for a major offensive operation, Ukrainian National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Monday.
However, he refused to show the deployment of Ukrainian forces on the map.
“I will show you nothing at the moment, an offensive operation is being prepared now. Let’s wait for the results,” Lysenko said.
