Combined Russian-terrorist forces opened fire 47 times on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the past day, according to the press center of the ATO Headquarters.
10 violations of ceasefire were recorded in the direction of Luhansk. The enemy resorted to armed provocations in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska, Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka where the militants fired grenade launchers, machine guns and small arms. The village of Novozvanovka was under 82mm mortar and sniper fire. Novooleksandrivka and Novozvanivka were hit by the militants` anti-aircraft artillery.
17 attacks were recorded in the Mariupol direction. The enemy violated the ”silence mode” outside Pavlopilia, Novotroitske, Vodiane, Shyrokine, and Hnutove, using grenade launchers, machine guns and small arms. Pavlopilia and Talakivka were shelled by militants` 82mm mortars , and Vodiane – by guns installed on a infantry fighting vehicle. Sniper opened fire on Shyrokine, Novotroitske, and Hnutove.
In the direction of Donetsk, 20 attacks were recorded. Militants opened fire from grenade launchers, machine guns and small arms near Avdiyivka, Novhorodske, Novoselivka, Novoselivka Druha, Troitske, Verhnetoretskiy, Kamenka, Maiorsk, and Zaitseve. Avdiyivka, Novoselivka Druha, Verhnetoretskiy, Kamenka, Maiorsk and Zaitseve were also shelled by militant 120mm and 82mm mortars.
The Ukrainian forces spotted three UAV overflights in the ATO area over the past day.
