The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) is ready to provide access to e-declarations exclusively within the legal framework.
Thus, the demand for full access to the electronic declarations of high-ranking officials is satisfied based on the decision of the investigating judge or the court, according to a statement on the agency`s website.
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has also asked law enforcement agencies to ”continue to refrain from pressuring the NAPC, including through the media.”
They also noted that the provision of any information from the Register of e-declarations could be carried out on the basis of a court order. In any other case, the provision of full access to all declarations by the National Agency will be illegal and will not contribute to the issuance of legitimate rulings.
