The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that 11 Ukrainian civilians died and another 64 were injured as a result of terrorist attacks carried out by the Russian Federation against a number of regions of Ukraine on October 10, 2022.

“Critical infrastructure objects (mainly energy supply objects) were hit in 8 regions and the city of Kyiv, where more than 30 fires broke out as a result of the Russian shelling. 11 people died and 64 were injured during the Russian terrorist attacks.”
According to rescuers, there is currently no electricity supply in four regions of Ukraine: Lviv, Poltava, Sumy, and Ternopil, and the electricity supply is partially disrupted in the rest of the territory of Ukraine.
More than a thousand people and about 120 units of emergency services equipment were involved in extinguishing fires and emergency rescue operations, and the consequences are being clarified.
UPD: 19 people were killed and 105 injured.
