Blue-yellow flags are already waving in Lysychansk, a city that the ATO forces have been trying to liberate from the pro-Russian terrorists over the past days, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council (NSDC) Andriy Parubiy wrote on his Twitter page.
“As far as I know, blue-yellow flags are already waving in the vicinity of Lysychansk,” he wrote.
