A 35-year-old former striker of Ukraine’s national soccer team Andriy Voronin is ready to consider offers by Ukrainian clubs. His last soccer team was Moscow’s Dynamo and the soccer player didn’t prolong his contract with the Russian club last year.
Online edition of Sport-Express in Ukraine reported the news.
“I plan to get a soccer coaching license. It can become useful. Though, I think, player selection activities are more interesting for me. A search for skilled players is somewhat more challenging than coaching them. But so far I have retained my potential as a player. However, I do not want to join a club somewhere just for the sake of it. I’m not a rookie player and I also have my family. My wife and I are waiting for a baby to be born, my children go to school and our life is steady. Suggestions from Russian clubs will not be taken into consideration, and Ukrainian club offers are theoretically accepted for consideration,” the Ukrainian striker said.
