Industrial manufacturing in Ukraine has decreased by 10.7% in 2014. According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, ” The index for industrial manufacturing amounted to 97.9% and 82.1%. in December 2014 when compared with the previous month and December 2013 The index for January-December 2014 totaled 89.3%,” the statement said.
It is also noted in the statement the indices of industrial manufacturing amounted to 86.3% for mining and quarrying industries as compared to January-December 2013, processing – 89.9%, supply and distribution of electricity, gas and condensed air – 93.4%.
As reported, industrial manufacturing in Ukraine fell by 4.7% in 2013 compared to 2012. The industrial manufacturing declined by 1.8% in 2012 year on year basis.
