The inaugural first meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of the eighth convocation has opened.
The meeting is attended by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, as well as former Presidents Leonid Kravchuk, Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko.
The newly elected MPs simultaneously took the oath of office.
