Militants of the “LPR” set up “border guard” and “police” units and issue them their wages by food.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“OSCE mission representatives in Luhansk fixed a fact of recruitment of persons by the terrorist organization “LPR” for setting up the so-called police units. According to the OSCE, in the terrorist “LPR,” the wages are issued to local “police” and “border guards” by food,” Lysenko said.
