The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has obliged industrial, power- and heat-generating enterprises to buy gas exclusively from Naftogaz of Ukraine from December 1, 2014.
This is stated in Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 596 of November 7.
“To establish that from December 1, 2014 to February 28, 2015 industrial, power- and heat-generating (in terms of industrial volumes of gas) companies, stated on the list according to the supplement, are obliged to make the purchase of natural gas exclusively from the guaranteed supplier – National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine,” the document says.
Purchase of natural gas from other suppliers is prohibited.
