Ukraine has enough resources to meet financial obligations this year.
Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak said at a meeting with investors during the conference Global Emerging Markets, the press service of the Finance Ministry informs.
“We have enough resources to meet our obligations in the current year and the level of our cooperation with the IMF and other donors allows us to have a positive look into next year,” Shlapak said and expressed confidence that Ukraine is a promising market for investors.
He invited investors to purchase Ukrainian securities through the euroclear system.
The Minister also informed of the results of the government work for recent seven months, cooperation with international financial institutions, particularly with the IMF. Special attention was paid by Schlapak to explaining the debt policy of the Finance Ministry.
